Our warehouse will usually dispatch an order within 3 - 7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Your order will ship after your form of payment has been accepted.
Our aim is to fulfil your order in the timeframe indicated above; however, we do not accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking number.
Kindly note that once an order is placed you are unable to amend or cancel the order. For security reasons, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order is confirmed.

Deliveries are made between 9am – 6pm on business days, except for UK where delivery can be made on Saturday (8am-12pm) and require a signature on delivery. If the first delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave a note to the receiver’s attention detailing clear instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery.

WRONG ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER
If you have entered the wrong shipping address or phone number on your order and the carrier cannot deliver to you, you must notify us as soon as possible.
Please note, that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped to you, you will be issued a refund less the initial shipment charge and less return shipping charges.

You agree to pay VAT on the price, delivery charges and other charges on the purchased products at the applicable rate, at the same time as payment of such price, delivery charge or other charge. If the purchased products are being delivered within the UK, then prices, delivery charges and other charges will be inclusive of VAT.

Our orders are shipped from a UK warehouse. Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. All prices and delivery charges are exclusive of any duties, taxes and clearance fees and are not calculated at checkout. You will be required to pay the applicable and relevant duties, taxes or any other charges required to be paid to import the purchased products in the country of delivery. By purchasing from this site, you accept to pay all duties and taxes or other charges required in full. We are not liable for any import taxes or duties.
We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to find out about the import taxes and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order as the fees vary from country to country.
If you refuse delivery of the order due to a customs charge or refuse to pay the necessary customs and clearance fees as outlined by the courier provided, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that your package is returned back to us, we reserve the right to apply an administration cost equivalent to the costs associated with the return of the merchandise.
